A LIFELONG COMMITMENT TO PIANOS
Bradfield Piano is a Dallas based piano restoration and piano service company devoted to the long term care of acoustic pianos. Our work includes rebuilding, evaluation, maintenance, and professional piano moving and storage.
The company is led by Holt Bradfield Deniger, a former Steinway & Sons service technician trained in New York. Projects range from concert level restorations to rebuilding of family instruments, supported by a team of experienced technicians and trusted by performers, teachers, and institutions throughout Texas and the United States.
When a client reaches out, we usually begin with a conversation about the piano itself. Many concerns can be clarified before any service is scheduled, and if an in-person visit is appropriate we arrange a time that allows for proper evaluation rather than a rushed appointment.
During the visit we look over the instrument, explain its condition, and outline realistic options. Some pianos benefit from repairs or restoration, while others simply need adjustment and maintenance. Our goal is to help owners understand their piano so decisions can be made comfortably and without pressure.
Afterward, we provide clear recommendations and timing so work can be planned thoughtfully. Whether the piano needs regular care or more involved work, owners know what to expect and why.
Clients and Venues
The work we do at Bradfield Piano depends on trust. Every member of our team is selected for their experience, judgment, and professionalism, but just as importantly for how they treat clients and care for the instruments they handle.
We value clear communication, reliability, and respect for people’s time and homes. When we are invited to work on a piano, we understand the responsibility that comes with it. Our goal is always to deliver careful, thoughtful work and a straightforward, professional experience from start to finish.
At the end of the day, our responsibility is straightforward. We are entrusted with instruments that matter deeply to the people who own them, and we take that responsibility seriously. Every piano we work on is treated with care, and every client is treated with respect.
We’re grateful for the trust our clients place in us, and we approach our work with the same care and consideration we would expect for our own instruments.
